9th iteration of Bangladesh Denim Expo begins November 7

The expo will display the latest denim products to global brands, retailers, and Bangladeshi manufacturers

 
The 9th Bangladesh Denim Expo, themed, “Simplicity in the Supply Chain,” is set to be held from November 7 to 8 at the International Convention City, Bashundhara.

According to a press release, Bangladesh Denim Expo is an international exposition dedicated to the promotion of Bangladesh-produced denim—to showcase Bangladesh's strength and capability in manufacturing the material.

The large-scale expo will display the latest denim products to global brands, retailers, and Bangladeshi manufacturers.

Sixty-two exhibitors from all over the world will participate in the event—which is expected to attract the highest number of international visitors, ever, for an apparel event in Bangladesh.

The theme of this iteration of the expo is aimed at defining a simpler sustainability and ecology of the denim industry.

The expo will also focus on how to understand the demands of buyers, how to prepare for and negotiate these demands, and how the denim industry of Bangladesh can profit from this simplicity.
