ADN holds road show for investors

ADN Telecom Ltd held a road show on Thursday at Le Meridien Hotel in order to raise capital of Tk 57 crore through initial public offering (IPO). 

The company will raise the money under the book-building method subject to the approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission for BMRE for infrastructure development and data center setup, in different locations of Bangladesh as well as for loan repayment.

According to its financial statement ended on June 30, 2017, net asset value is Tk 16.13, and earnings per share are Tk 2.52. The program was inaugurated by Henry Hilton, Managing Director of ADN Telecom followed by a presentation from Abu Saeed Khan, consultant for ADN Telecom. 

Asif Mahmood, Chairman of ADN Telecom then delivered his address followed by Md Sohel Rahman, the CEO (additional charge) of ICB Capital Management Ltd. Md Sarwar Hossain, Managing Director of Roots Investment Ltd delivered the final speech to the investors. 

Observers from Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange were present on the occasion along with esteemed eligible investors. For the last 14 years ADN Telecom Ltd has consistently provided its customers with state-of-the-art IT communication solutions and services which includes Internet Services, Domestic and Global MPLS, IPLC, Data Center services, Satellite based services and project services.
