Anker Releases MagSafe-Compatible BATTERY POWER for iPhone 12 Lineup

Pursuing rumors that Apple is normally working on a MagSafe battery power for iPhone 12 styles, popular item maker Anker possesses beaten Apple to the punch with the discharge of its PowerCore Magnetic 5K Wireless Ability Bank.

First of all previewed at CES 2021, the PowerCore battery power magnetically attaches to the trunk of all iPhone 12 model and 5W of wifi charging. With a 5,000 mAh potential, the battery power is with the capacity of charging the iPhone 12 mini from 0% to 100%, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro from 0% to around 95%, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max from 0% to 75%, regarding to Anker. The battery power itself recharges via USB-C.

While the battery power is compatible with the MagSafe system, it is not the official accessory, so charging is bound to 5W. Apple's rumored MagSafe battery power would likely be able to fee an iPhone 12 unit at up to 15W, based on the MagSafe Charger.

Amazon is carrying the PowerCore Magnetic 5K Wireless Power Bank for $39.99, with orders put now approximated for delivery in mid-April.

MacRumors contributor Steve Moser recently learned code-level references to a good "battery pack" in the iOS 14.5 beta, which was followed by a written report from Bloomberg's Tag Gurman claiming that Apple is focusing on a MagSafe battery power for iPhone 12 models. The record claimed that Apple possesses faced some problems with production of the accessory, on the other hand, so its release could be delayed or scrapped entirely.
