Apple slowed your mobile down? You could state compensation

Own an iPhone in the 6, 7 or SE series? You then know that your cellphone was slowed up, if you opted for software improvements. Apple themselves admitted as much in 2017, but denied any wrongdoing, declaring they released updates to decelerate the phones to prevent their aging batteries from shutting down the gadgets.
Now the company has decided to pay some USD 500 million to stay a class-action fit in the United States against it, which claimed that the Apple slowed down older cell phones to push buyers to get the latest iPhones.
When customers initially started flagging the problem of the iPhone slowdown in 2017, it resulted in an uproar, Apple offered battery pack replacements at the seriously low price of USD 29 from USD 79, which a big numbers of customers opted for. However, it even now continued slowing down relatively newer cell phones. And the issue snowballed into several meets against Apple, which culminated in the class action suit and finally a settlement last Friday.
Are you eligible for a bit of the settlement pie? Yes, only if you own either of the US iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus and SE models that ran iOS 10.2.1 or down the road os's or iPhone 7 and 7 Plus if indeed they ran iOS 11.2 or in the future OS, before December 21st, 2017. But maintain your horses before you rush to file a say. All you get is certainly USD 25. At the mercy of conditions, of course.
In the event that you still want to generate a point to be compensated, there’s even so one problem. The modalities of submitting a case haven’t been worked out yet. The settlement is usually in its preliminary stages. Which means you’ll need to wait some time to say the damages.
