Apple to shut some US retailers again because of rising COVID-19 cases

Apple Inc said on Friday it is temporarily shutting some stores again found in Florida, Arizona, SC, and North Carolina in america, as novel coronavirus situations continue to rise in the united states.
Shares of the business, which said the closure would have an effect on 11 stores found in these states, were straight down 0.5 percent.
Apple decided to reopen about 100 US shops, mostly with curbside pickup however, many with walk-in service, found in late May due to lockdown restrictions began to ease.
However, situations in america have been steadily rising, with more than 2.2 million persons infected and at least 118,396 people dead.
In a letter to Apple customers in-may, Deirdre O'Brien, Apple's retail chief, had said the business would look at data on a local basis and that re-closings were a likelihood predicated on that data.
"These are not decisions we rush into - and a store opening in no way signifies that we won't have the preventative step of closing it again should regional conditions warrant," O'Brien had said.
