Etihad has announced that it's increasing its network of worldwide destinations to 29 cities from Wednesday, July 1.

Since it stands, the UAE's national airline is flying to 20 destinations, including NY, Dublin and Jakarta.

It will increase nine more cities to its schedule found in early July, and has said that it hopes to include more flights from Thursday, July 16.

"We hope to rise our destinations from 16 July, and continue steadily to function closely with the UAE Government and global aviation authorities to ensure we keep you linked the best we are able to," a great update from the airline explained.

UAE travel regulations
Strict travel regulations stay in place on Abu Dhabi to curb the spread of Covid-19. Upon arrival in the emirate, passengers must self-isolate for 14 days.

The airline also specifies: "Because of government restrictions across our network, you will only be permitted to transport a personal item up to speed, for instance a handbag, backpack or laptop bag. This may think about to 5kg. You might check in your staying cabin baggage before you fly free of charge. This applies in case you are flying in Economy, Organization or First.

"Our lounges found in Abu Dhabi continue to be closed, and we’re attempting to reopen them when we can."
