Investigation: Terms of expansion to strip freedom of Accord?

Bangladesh Accord has been permitted an augmentation by the Supreme Court to work in Bangladesh well into 2020, finishing the long periods of dithering at the summit court.
The augmentation allowed is restrictive, exposed to a notice of comprehension (MoU) marked between Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters' Association (BGMEA) and Bangladesh Accord marked on May 8, 2019.
Preeminent Court enabled an augmentation to Accord for 281 working days, from the date of understanding, May 8, which will go well past February 2020. Yet, starting now and into the foreseeable future, the expansion offered is restrictive and exposed to terms and state of the understanding.
BGMEA's legal advisor Barrister Imtiaz Mainul Islam revealed to Bangladesh Apparel News, that starting now and into the foreseeable future there will be no single power administering the remediation work of Accord. BGMEA and Accord will together work and proceed with the remediation work.
WHAT IS IN THE TERMS and AGREEMENT?
The understanding states that BGMEA will frame a board of trustees inside the Accord which will slowly assume control over all security related issues in the clothing business in time.
BGMEA calls the body 'BGMEA Unit', which will be shaped promptly inside the Accord's Dhaka office, to guarantee a smooth and progressive change of Accord's work.
For communitarian work and basic leadership, Accord has been given a four-point rule which it will pursue to proceed with its activity in Bangladesh and progressively make change of its work to the state-run Remediation Coordination Cell (RCC).
The four-point rules are:
1) There will be no end or heightening of any manufacturing plant from Accord's end without the understanding of the BGMEA Unit.
2) ACCORD concurred that there will be no gathering end if there should arise an occurrence of the disappointment of one manufacturing plant.
3) There will be no duplication of review between the security activities (RCC, ACCORD and Nirapon). This implies manufacturing plants once examined by ACCORD, Nirapon, RCC or some other investigating authority will be considered as normal standard.
4) if there should be an occurrence of any question between BGMEA unit and ACCORD, the issue will be alluded to RCC for definite settlement.
WHAT IS THE PLAN OF BGMEA?
BGMEA plans to frame what it calls a 'RMG Sustainability Council' (RSC), which will assume control over all security related and remediation-related work in the attire business, says a public statement gave by the BGMEA on May 19, 2019.
The body, together administered by BGMEA and Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA), brands, and laborers' agents, will assume control over the structure, activity, and assets of Accord as it eliminates.
During the change time frame, the 'BGMEA Unit' inside Accord will help comprise the 'RMG Sustainability Council' and continuously aid progress work.
BGMEA says, the understanding spotlights on the significance of a full and free national consistence checking framework in Bangladesh. "The MoU marks a takeoff from the past one-sided structure and sets up the course to self-checking."
