Special Facilities Provided by BCI to the Young Entrepreneurs of the Country
There was
an appeal from Bangladesh Chamber of Industries to the Government to provide
particularly exceptional facilities to the young and talented entrepreneurs who
have the talent to shine in the upcoming fiscal years.
A few
recommendations were suggested by AnwarulAlam Chowdhury, the president of
Bangladesh Chamber of Industries during the meeting, which took place at the
National Board of Revenue (NBR) Office. It was a pre-budget discussion when the recommendations were
suggested.
Among the
recommendations there was land allocation
at an exceptional rate, bank loan at the lowest rate possible, exceptional
features on fixing trade license such as low cost; 3000 in the first few years
was specified and last but not the least, particular and
exceptional tax facilities for the growing employees who show promises.
5% of tax benefits were also suggested for the people who are physically unstable or
challenged and on the other hand also people of the third gender. These
benefits of tax will lead the nation to great impactful modification for the
industrial units. The Chairman of NBR commented that he is hoping that the next
budget is indeed going to be very business friendly.
Later on,
Md. Mosharraf Hossain; the chairman of NBR has added saying “Bangladesh is
advancing and assistance is needed to reach the goals, which were set.
Different businessmen from the rural places are currently not paying the taxes,
it is our plan to specify them under tax net”
Bizbangladesh
assumes, that it is indeed an astonishing step to lead the country to become a
better nation as the youth of this generation is the future of the nation.
Providing special facilities to them will encourage them to startup businesses, which can enhance the GDP
of our country and also the economy of our
country. Overall, steps like this work
great as a motivation.
