Watchman Life Insurance consented to an arrangement with Riverstone Capital Limited as the issue director for Guardian's future posting in the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
Mr. M Monirul Alam, Chief Executive Officer GLIL and Mr. Ashraf Ahmed, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Riverstone Capital consented to the arrangement for the benefit of their organizations.
