iPhone 13 Rumors: Smaller Notch and Larger Batteries, 120Hz Screen for Pro Versions, and More

Kuo said this year's iPhone 13 lineup will consist of the same four models as the iPhone 12 lineup, all with a good smaller notch, much larger batteries, Qualcomm's Snapdragon X60 modem with 5G enhancements, upgraded cameras, a good Lightning connector, and extra. Exclusive to iPhone 13 Pro models is a long-awaited 120Hz screen and Ultra Extensive lens improvements with a wider aperture and autofocus, he added.
After shrinking the notch this year, Apple may take it off totally next year, with Kuo predicting that at least some 2022 iPhone models will move to a hole-punch display design like a lot of Samsung's most recent Galaxy smartphones, but he didn't explain how this will continue to work given that the notch currently houses leading camera and Face ID components. Some under-display screen camera and facial acknowledgement solutions do exist right now.
Apple also plans release a a new iPhone SE with an identical design as the existing 4.7-inch model on the first half of 2022, with important new features to include a faster chip and 5G support, according to Kuo. And in 2023, a 7.5-8 inch foldable iPhone could become a reality.
