Nineteen companies are set to get the President's Industrial Expansion Award 2018 tomorrow from the industries ministry for their top quality and contributions to developing this professional sector of Bangladesh.
Sectors Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun as being chief guest is scheduled at hand over the crests and certificates among the companies through a programme in Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka.
Among the winners, four are under a sizable industries category, four under channel, three small, three micro, three cottage and two hi-tech.
They scored the best under a 100-point evaluation system formulated by a particular committee.

From among medium industries, Tafrid Cotton Mills came in first of all, Sheltech Technology and ECHOTEX jointly second and Envoy Fashions third.
Beneath the small industry category, Concept Knitting took the business lead followed by APS Design Works and Summit Oil & Shipping Company.
TRIM TEX BANGLADESH secured earliest situation among micro industries with Masco Overseas and Crimson Rosella Seafood respectively pursuing suit.
Classical Handmade Goods BD secured primary position on cottage industry category, Intelligent Card second and Rupkatha Jubo O Mohila Unnayan Sangstha third.
Among those in the high-tech industry, ServicEngine was determined for the first standing and Metatude Asia the next. There is no third place in this category.
