Dozens killed in floods across Southeast Asia and India
Large parts of South and Southeast Asia are reeling from floods brought on by heavy rains and storms. In central Vietnam, Hoi An's famous ancient town under water. Close to a million people in the country are affected and at least 36 people have died. Over in India record rainfall in the southern state of Telangana has killed at least 15 people. It's part of a wider trend in South Asia where more than 9.6 million people have been affected by severe flooding this year.
