Liaquat Hossain Moghul, renowned industrialist and a well-known patron of education has been selected as chairman of the board of trustees of Eastern University.
Liaquat, also one of the pioneers of the ready-made garments (RMG) industry in Bangladesh, is engaged in social, cultural, and other philanthropic activities.
He is the founding director of Australian International School, Dhaka and the director of Eastern University, and Islamic Finance and Investment Ltd.
