Apple Investigating 'Problem' With Podcasts App That Began April 29 [At this time Resolved]

Apple's Podcasts platform is experiencing a great "outage" for a few users, based on the company's system status page.

"Users will be experiencing a good problem with this service," wrote Apple. "We happen to be investigating and will upgrade the status as more information becomes obtainable." Apple says the undisclosed problem commenced on April 29.

Only most users are affected simply by the outage, relating to Apple. No more details were presented, and Apple possesses declined to comment at the moment.

April 29 may be the same evening that MacRumors reported in regards to a variety of complaints that users have manufactured about the Podcasts application since it was redesigned on iOS 14.5, such as skipping during playback, inaccurate timestamps, unresponsive scrolling, episodes failing to sync across units after being added to a library, and extra.
